Shipping
- Lead time: 7–15 days for standard SKUs, 20–35 days for custom orders.
- Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP available on request.
- Packaging: flight cases for rental panels, wooden crates for fixed installations.
- Worldwide delivery to Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa, and Oceania.
Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made and configured products are non-returnable. Defective items under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
