What pixel pitch do I need?
Pixel pitch depends on viewing distance. As a rule of thumb, the minimum comfortable viewing distance in meters equals the pixel pitch in millimeters. For example, a P3.91 panel looks crisp from about 4 meters and beyond. For control rooms and broadcast, we recommend P1.25–P1.86. For outdoor advertising, P4–P10 is common.
Can you customize size and shape?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM service — custom cabinet sizes, pixel pitches, shapes (cube, sphere, can, floor tile, dual/tri-fold posters), and complete integrated solutions for fixed installs, rentals, and XR stages.
What is the lead time?
Standard catalog SKUs ship within 7–15 days. Custom orders typically require 20–35 days depending on configuration. Our 100,000 m² monthly capacity keeps lead times short.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via air, sea, and express courier from Shenzhen. We can arrange DDP, FOB, or CIF terms to suit your logistics preference.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard 2-year warranty on all LED display products, with extended warranty options available. We provide remote technical support and on-site engineer dispatch when required.
